Message From Our Intern

Tiphaine Dilet

I joined Adecco in April 2015 through this internship, which gave me the opportunity to experience Japanese business culture and grow up as a person.
I was assigned to the IT & Engineering team in permanent placement division. It took a couple of weeks to catch up with the technical knowledge, but thankfully my manager and colleagues were very supportive.

As a consultant working on both clients and candidates sides, you will be talking every day to many people with different backgrounds and ways of thinking. However, coordination and negotiation between people taught me a lot (especially "never assume anything") and I still learn every day.
I felt proud of helping my clients and candidates build their future, so I decided to become a consultant at the end of my internship to see the evolution of what I build.

In the future, maybe I could aim to be a team leader, train the new recruits and make them enjoy being a consultant as much as I do.
Being the global leader of HR services, the Adecco group offers not only the usual "Manager" career path, but also many opportunities to move internally to totally different positions and even abroad.

This program gives you a real working experience and open up a new career vision. If you are seeking for an internship, don’t hesitate to challenge!
